There are two separate fees for your new web site. First is the one-time cost of making the site and the second, an annual fee to host and maintain your site.

 

There is a one-time fee of $495.00 for creation of your web site from one of our five templates.

 

This will include a starter site with five pages: a home page, about us, services offered, directions and a contact page. You would provide the information which usually consists of:

 

• Homes page—your business name with a logo (if available) and a short description of what you do. There will be links to the other pages from here.

 

• About us—usually a brief description of the owners, how long you’ve been in business, statements about quality of service. If you’ve been in business a long time, a history would be OK, too.

 

• Services—a listing of what you provide to your customers. This can be as long or as short as you like with or without pricing.

 

• Directions—The physical address of your business along with a free map we provide via Google Maps which can provide visitors to your site with directions. This page can also include written local directions (“We are five miles north of Springfield on Rt. 97 near the intersection of Rt. 125.”)

 

• Contact page—Again, the physical address of your business, phone and fax numbers, email address(es) and, if you wish, a contact form which can be forwarded to almost email address you currently have.

 

• If you need additional pages for your website, please contact us for pricing which will be based on the complexity of your needs.

 

After your site is created, we host the site for $250.00 per year which includes:

 

• Registration and renewal of a domain name (web address) relevant to your business (if you don’t have one already).

 

• Server space for your web site, also called hosting, which includes maintenance and minor changes*, should you need them.

 

• Email addresses with your domain name (for example bob@yourcompanyname.com) that can be forwarded to most any email address your currently have. Web based email is also available at no extra charge.

 

*Minor changes would include things like addition/removal of staff names, changes in business hours or phone numbers. More complex changes like the redesign of a page or adding pages to the website would be billed based on complexity.
